      Pros

      Beazer homes has unmatched PTO. It’s called FTO ( flexible time off) and it’s unlimited. Beazer takes care of their people. The CEO is adamant about everyone using FTO. He’s very professional and genuinely cares about his people. Beat company ive ever worked at.

      Cons

      Salary is on the low end of the builder industry but you get unlimited FTO so it evens out. Work life balanace was non-existent before I came to Beazer. Turnover is high because of this issue with salaries. Overall great company.

      Involvement with Fisher House, growth potential in role, exposure to a lot of things, management pretty accessible

      Lots of hours, not everyone is prioritized for a promotion, seems to be a bit of favoritism, work life balance isn’t great
