      New communities in the works and the possibility to move up. Top of the line sales training. Really found their niche in the market and cornered it.

      Cons

      Upper management. Sets unrealistic goals for already struggling communities. Doesn't always listen to suggestions from those in the field, experiencing certain obstacles firsthand.
