Good benefits but leadership lacking - Anonymous employee Beazer Homes Employee Review

Unlimited time off isn’t a benefit when you don’t have coverage and therefore are expected to cover your work on your days off. They need to plan for coverage so that people are not working 7 days a week. Leadership quality and competence is spotty; some are excellent but others are toxic, incompetent, or both. There are a lot of noticeable differences in the way departments across divisions are run. Lack of consistency in communication and expectations is a big negative.
