Don’t work here - Sales Beazer Homes Employee Review

Unless you want to work for a division that’s falling apart. Who does care for their employees. FTO... only when approved which is basically never. Director hired never met him but heard of him. Hasn’t been in sales for years and I am hearing from friends who work there they are always threatened to be fired. But, doesn’t do anything to make a positive change in a drowning division. Those awards only for corporate employees in Atlanta, not for divisions (lower in the food change people who work at the community). Company does “engagement surveys” in my time here I never spoke to anyone about the implemented changes for the feedback from the engagement survey. So that’s trash.
