Pros

1. Open organisation where transparent conversations can be had 2. Friendly collaborative culture 3. Postive, constructive feedback provided 4. Flexibility in terms of where you work (long may it continue) 5. Flexibility to arrange your own timings and workload as Beazley trust their employees to do their work in time

Cons

1. Benefits for child care. I would like to see more benefits for Parents like child care vouchers offered for nursery 2. For teams to be more open to change (like data changes) and for systems to be more aligned. If the implementation of new accounting stadards like IFRS17 have shown us anything, it is that teams need to be more flexible towards change 3. Try and prevent teams working in a silo manner and for there to be more cross communication in a project setting 4. For senior mgt to provide more steer in terms of upcoming changes rather than leaving it lower down the chain to communicate 5, Getting access to certain databases can something be very convoluted and take too long 6. Sometimes takes too long getting communication from certain teams and in certain cases the feedback you receive was incorrect and you find out further down the line (sometimes too late)

Pros

-team by team, but culture was really nice. Had a family feel, this is slowly going away -free lunch -lots of fun events -really nice offices -creative UWing, love the job and flexibility -our reputation is amazing in the industry -working with claims and everyone on all level. Easy to talk to anyone and group think

Cons

-executives blame employees for problems they create. The executives are the worst part of Beazley -heavy workload with lots of people leaving recently -some teams have toxic culture (mine does, and you can tell with how bad the turnover is) -salaries can be low and bonuses are getting weaker. Higher ups dont always want whats best for you either -I really dont like what has been happening to Beazley the past 2 years, I am worried with the Zurich purchase for we are a shell of what we used to be in such a short amount of time
