Pros
The biggest and the best in the field. Lots of options (depending on the current work booked) if you work hard and are willing to relocate when the job is done. Some really great people and managers who bring a wealth of experience and will look out for their team members.
Cons
Always working yourself out of a job, bureaucracy means it can be tough to see changes happen at the necessary speed (job transfers, changes in process, etc.).
