Pros
-Ok pay (does not keep up with industry standards) -Great vacation time (4 weeks the day you start) -Immediate co-workers are friendly - 9/80 schedule (off every other Friday) with flex scheduling (can come in any time between 6:30-8:30a.m. and leave by 4:00-6:00p.m.
Cons
-Upper management does not listen to its employee’s ideas or concerns -Must be willing to move frequently (work comes and goes ALOT) -Takes many many many many years to be promoted within -Bonuses are very limited and small -No guaranteed salary (must hunt for a “job charge code”) and hope that the allow you to charge to them for the day. -Layoffs/instability has been common for the last 4 years.
