HR and Ethics department has to groom much heavier - Senior Software Engineer Bechtel Employee Review

Senior Managers who works in Bechtel more than 20 yrs are biggest problem in the company. They only prefer to shine their co-workers who worked with them for long time. If you didn't fight ,you won't get bonus, career growth or salary increase. White people dominate others. They take all credit of good work done by immigrants. Misuse of Immigrant works. If anyone does good work, they wantedly didn't promote because the junior employee will soon replace senior employee. Lot of loopholes in HR and Ethics implementation. Senior Management does not encourage diversity. They should talk everything but never implements any good policy.
