Benefits are very good, 6% match on 401k and a 3% bonus to 401k each year for the last 6+ years.
Cons
Management gives better promotions/benefits to employees at the main offices. Recent relocation to new main office gave no thought to relocation of employees especially in the increase in cost of living.
