The Field culture that I experienced was filled with nepotism and unqualified employees that were hored solely based on who the knew in the company. I witnessed a office clerk being hired to fill a Field Electrical Engineer at a nuclear facility. This person, female/blonde, had zero technical knowledge and/or experience to complete any of the job requirements. However, remained on the job and protected by management.
