it's a boys club and the most important thing is making friends in high places. The new "performance review" process is a joke. Not taken into account when salaries and bonuses come out. constantly cutting back on benefits. I make less money every couple of months. Discrimination in job benefits is widely accepted based on marital status. In fact, you have to put your marital status on your internal resume. Unmarried people are given different contracts that don't allow you to take time off and go home. As HR explained it to me, since I am unmarried I don't have a family to go see anyways. (unmarried people don't have important people in their lives?)
