Pros
Opportunity to be involved in varied and some interesing projects during the course of your career. When the project is completed Management makes a good effort in trying to keep you engaged even if they have to relocate you.
Cons
Having to often be away from family. Bechel does not allow most employees to telecommute. The nature of the work that most employees perform is suited for Telecommutuing but there is apparently a policy against it.
