Pros
The corporate office is very nice as it has been updated recently, the company is not in debt, they have so many employees that you are not overwhelmed. There are a lot of positions but that is because turn over is very high! Training programs are good!
Cons
There is so much wrong here. First, there is no work/life balance!! They expect you to always be on time and if you are late you need to make it up (even a couple minutes)! If it is snowing- oh well! Get your butt to the office or you loose a vacation day!! Summer Fridays.... do not exist, so don't expect that. The office is an igloo. You would think being nicely redone they would have a good heating system. No! Oh and you cannot bring a heater so you are left to freeze all day. My boss hardly spoke to me but told another colleague what to tell me. I think I interacted with her once or zero times a week. Health insurance is ridiculous, it didn't start up until after 3 months of being with the company and 401k and personal days do not start until a year with the company. Parking is very limited and systems are all old. They won't upgrade the systems because they are cheap. Discount you ask? Same as the coupon you get in the mail, a big 20%!! I hardly had any work half the time, i didn't understand why I was even hired. I was bored out of my mind most of the time. I was also treated like I couldn't handle simple tasks and was babied by the department which was extremely annoying. There are also a lot of cliques within the office and a lot of talking bad about other people. Turnover is very high, within a couple of months, I've seen a handful of people in one department leave!
