Pros
Many caring staff both clinical and non-clinical. Sense of family and community. My experience as a patient and having a family member in the hospital - we were treated well - nursing, dietary, physical therapy, patient experience and so many more that I can't remember. All any of them wanted was to be sure we were well taken care of.
Cons
The medical staff need to introduce themselves each time they enter a room and talk to a patient. Although they may have introduced themselves to the patient at first the patient may have been too sick or on pain meds that made in not so evident who the provider is and what they are there for. In my/our experience we wanted to be a part of the "plan" so we could move forward to going home in the safest and fastest way possible. I know the area has grown so much especially with an aging population moving to retire - Beebe needs to be sure that they are able to safely deal with these needs.
