Pros
The pros of working for Beebe Healthcare are very few. I would say that they are a company that is in the midst of change. The Operations Manager is very intelligent and makes working under his guidance fulfilling. I would say that another plus would be that working in Healthcare IT is an essential job. The last pro would be that you will be able to do something different everyday.
Cons
The biggest con of working for Beebe Healthcare would be the company culture. The culture is very cutthroat. Employees often will take a minute complaint to management with the intent to get a coworker terminated. Office politics are rampant and quickly lead to new employees growing sour with Beebe. The lack of team cohesiveness is also a major problem. There is a very serious lack of communication, respect and trust between the Network, Telecom and Desktop teams.
