Fellow PT staff wonderful. Good time off and health benefits

Cons

Director of Homehealth department is terrible. Doesn’t get to know staff and places tons of pressure on productivity. Does care about staff at all and is rude to staff looking down on them at meetings. TONS of great clinicians have quit or transferred. Wake up executive staff!!
