Pros

Beeline has approx 300+ employees working mostly in offices in Jacksonvile, Denver, Europe, and Asia. The company has a family/small business atmosphere where you work with the most amazing group of talented, dedicated colleagues. Tenure is pretty high which speaks to the quality of the folks working at Beeline. Work/life balance is highly respected in Beeline, and most employees have the freedom to alter their work hours to whatever works best for their teams. Although a small company, Beeline adheres to industry's standards when it comes to the latest and greatest technologies: operating a true DevOps shop, migrating to cloud, breaking monolithic apps into micro services ... etc. The CEO is humble, transparent, frequently shares outlook/numbers/company's performance, and keeps an open door policy when it comes to suggestions, questions, and concerns. Working on the greatest and latest technologies has kept me excited. I don't view my job as work that needs to be done to collect a paycheck, and I think this is the most valuable aspect of working @ Beeline!

Cons

The pay is about average/bit below average when compared to what other similar companies are offering, and can certainly be better. Benefits are becoming more scarce and employees now enjoy an average health insurance plan and no 401k matching. Besides the pay/benefits part of the review, the company is still in the process of attempting to become the industry leader in the quadrant in which it competes. However, Beeline is competing with a group of companies that include global giants who sells their products as part of a larger suite putting more pressure on the company to create value for those customers willing to replace their included VMS with Beeline's. With that being said, leadership is constantly implementing strategies to better position Beeline in the market and the strategies has certainly been yielding great results!

Pros

Some genuinely talented individual contributors who care about doing good work. Flexible remote culture. A few pockets of strong managers who try to shield their teams from chaos.

Cons

Beeline is PE owned. This creates a culture of doing anything and everything possible to get to the next sell, so executive leadership can get yet another payout. Beeline’s biggest challenge is its leadership culture. Promotions are based on tenure or personal relationships rather than qualifications or performance. This creates a cycle of unqualified decision‑makers who struggle to provide direction, accountability, or basic operational discipline. The company frequently markets itself as highly mature in areas like security and compliance, but the internal reality doesn’t match the external messaging. This disconnect puts unnecessary pressure on teams and creates avoidable risk. If you’re looking for a place with strong leadership, clear processes, or accountability, this isn’t it.
