Everything. Saying management is horrible is an understatement. Constantly talking behind employee’s backs. No one knows what’s actually going on because communication is horrible. Benefits are extremely overpriced. PTO is treated as if it’s something you’re lucky to have. Had multiple requests denied. Job description when I accepted the position was completely different from what I actually did. Was blamed on people being fired for no reason other than management didn’t like their personality or leaving on their on will. Don’t expect to move up within the company and don’t expect a raise or bonus. Management makes business deals they don’t understand which ends up hurting the bottom line. As an ESOP, you’d expect them to share most financial information since you’re technically an “owner”, however they don’t because of all the dumb decisions made by upper management. Everything is smoke in mirrors. Wouldn’t work for this company even if they offered me 2x the average salary.
