I Love My Job! - BCBA Behavior Keys Employee Review

I have worked at Behavior Keys for several years and absolutely love the work we do here. The supervisors are very supportive, the staff are well trained and they like to promote from within. I'm surprised at the negative review since there has not been ANY turnover in over a year with the exception of people moving out of town for personal reasons. I can't think of anyone that has left on bad terms. The clients are great and I love that clients can also receive Speech and counseling services if necessary. All supervisors, even speech and counseling are BCBAs and the treatment of behavior is always top priority.
