      Pros

      Excellent company. Great team dynamic. I have been with the company for two years and have grown so much as a therapist with the help of my BCBAs and colleagues. Upper management is very understanding when it comes to accommodating employees needs and making sure everyone is as comfortable in their work environment as possible.

      It can be difficult to get the hours needed

      great patients, involved and helpful ST and OT leads, company transparency, good starting position for new grads, woman-owned business

      Cons

      day-to-day micromanagement from owners, apparent favoritism toward specific employees, frequent drama among coworkers, quick staff turnover (especially RBTs), reactive with issues
