      Great connection with clients and families

      Cons

      Very clearly driven by money and billing rather than caring about patient care. High turnover rate of all therapists. Lackland clinic is old and not renovated.

      great patients, involved and helpful ST and OT leads, company transparency, good starting position for new grads, woman-owned business

      Cons

      day-to-day micromanagement from owners, apparent favoritism toward specific employees, frequent drama among coworkers, quick staff turnover (especially RBTs), reactive with issues
