I have worked for the company for a long time. In my experience the owners have been accessible and accommodating of any concerns I have had. If you are open and willing to meet, all disciplines are respectful of each other and are more than willing to provide insight to their area of expertise. It's not always easy working in a multi-disciplinary company, but we work hard to be there for each other and our clients!
