Pros

- supportive staff, respectful and willing to help if needed

Cons

-inconsistent hours and inconsistent pay due to frequent client cancellations (which you do not get paid for) -lack of resources for in-home therapists/ RBTs are expected to implement programs or handle situations without feeling fully trained or prepared for those specific behavior - take forever to address requesting if you want to change your schedule/case loads - lack of communication across staff, families, and scheduling - expect you to stay if a client is 30 minutes late and that affects your pay -work at slow speed when it comes training for career possibilities -Long unpaid gaps between clients -Hours changing weekly without consistency -You can’t predict income or daily flow -RBTs quitting often -Clients reassigned randomly

Pros

They pay a higher starting wage than most agencies, They are a smaller agency and I am able to speak to everyone at the company. They provide all the training and requirements to become an RBT. They like to promote within and fund your education towards a BCBA cert.

Cons

The hours are great because they're flexible, but as any other ABA agency, cancellations happen that are basically out of everyone's control. They do a good job with rescheduling and substitutions so you don't miss out on hours. Some clients were pretty tough, but you would get support when asked for it. Learning to manage burnout helps A LOT.

Pros

The kids we're helping; training videos are helpful, feedback from supervisors can be helpful

Cons

Management seems unorganized, lack of communication, lack of training, lack of consistent hours, lack of rapport and foundation of communication built with families/caretakers of clients. Little to no relationship with the company overall to the client's families
