      Pros

      The BCBAs I have worked with in this company are fantastic. They are always willing to answer questions and provide help where needed.

      Cons

      -The onboarding process was very long. I got my offer letter in February and did not get placed with a client until April. The talent placement manager is near impossible to get ahold of so do not miss her calls. -Need to have multiple clients to have decent hours which makes work/life balance hard.

      Pros

      Behavioral Framework offers so much support to their BCBAs. There are so many people you can turn to with questions, for collaboration, and for growth. You get to travel each month to the DMV area, meet amazing people, and work with the most amazing families.

      Cons

      Traveling each month can be a lot but after a few months of grasping everything, you’ll start to look forward to your trips like I did.

      Pros

      I can only speak for the NC clinical and dx team, but they are great people who really care about kids and helping them!

      Cons

      Management out of HQ is a mess. Company is expanding too fast and not keeping up! Feels like the cart is always in front of the horse with this company. They are VERY behind with tech.
