Pros
Good company to work for if you're just waiting to retire, as you see people keep their jobs (or even get promoted) doing not too much work. Stable pay, nice benefit if you've been with the company for many years, and nice bonus program.
Cons
Some managers are so incompetent that you want to shoot yourself rather than working for them; not a good place to advance your career if you don't know how to kiss some butts.
