      Pros

      Great emphasis on work/life balance There are still some good managers at Behr even though they are being pushed by corporate to micromanage.

      Cons

      Pay is way under market standards Benefits aren’t that great (starting cutting back due to COVID even though they were making profits) Micromanaging has become a huge trend There was a huge push to get reps back in the field during a pandemic! (Was told “It doesn’t seem that bad”)

      Ability to create your own schedule. Company culture is great. Do not feel like just another employee.

      Cons

      Can be stressful if you’re always thinking about your budget, budget increases ( every year, ) etc. Could be a high performer and still not get promoted.
