- Favoritism - Hard to move up in the company without networking (you could be good at the job but won't be seen as qualified if you don't know the right people) - Feeling micro managed by other team members that are not my boss. - They have kept the base pay the same for at least the last 5 years. (Is not a sustainable wage for the current economy) -Bonuses are way harder to meet with the current recession
