Management is so out of touch with employees.they don't respect you and the plant manager is at the root of the problem.no respect for long term employees.pay scale was changed but didn't help long term employees.i was getting paid what so.eone who worked there for 6 years would make. Lack.of respect and not a care about quality.production is almighty there.
