Great products horrible company - Regional Pro Sales Manager Behr Paint Company Employee Review

Poor leadership that does not value people. Blame the sales team for everything. Poor communication from the top down, and constantly changing direction. Company has a “good ole boy” culture where the most qualified candidates are rarely chosen for positions. Leadership does not stand up for their people. Behr is basically run by Home Depot. If they want something Behr does it. This includes who they hire and let go. One channel of distribution makes it difficult to sell to pro painters due to the worst service in the industry.
