      Pros

      Very profitable company with bonus system in place. High quality product. Many employees have been in place for over 30 years. Very proud to go to work every day.

      Cons

      Manufacturing is very lean by design. More money is spent trying to make it leaner than what could ever be saved. Celebrate the inherent design. Cameras were installed in the manufacturing areas and a very tense atmosphere in the manufacturing facilities.

      Ability to create your own schedule. Company culture is great. Do not feel like just another employee.

      Cons

      Can be stressful if you’re always thinking about your budget, budget increases ( every year, ) etc. Could be a high performer and still not get promoted.
