Company places bets in strategic areas that will allow for future growth Culture is dependent upon department. Old culture, too many long term employees, not much innovation Strong senior leadership (CEO, CFO, Finance / Accounting Team) Tuition reimbursement program is outstanding (however only works if the company gets more out of it then just grades), too many managers getting undergraduate degrees,

Poor talent recognition Poor growth and innovation reward recognition Stale, too many not so smart people in middle management impeding bottoms up innovation.
