      Pros

      There is a sense that you are genuinely cared for, a lot of thought and attention to your needs as an employee and as a person. There is a lot of trust, care, and support for our lives outside of work as well as our professional input at work. The benefits are great and the pay is competitive! Also does a lot for charity/volunteerism, including reimbursing for pet adoptions.

      Cons

      It's a small company BUT it has a lot of contracts (approx 15) and has helped move people around to suit their career growth and interests.

      Belay Tech consistently takes care of people first and seeks opportunities for their growth and advancement. This company culture is immediately felt the moment you walk through the door. This is definitely the best company I have worked for!

      None! Management has an open door policy and eager to help solve problems.
