Pros
I have had an amazing experience working for Belimed. It has been a wonderful company to work for. It is very concerned about the welfare and well-being of their employees. Balance between work and family is strongly encouraged. Belimed encourages employees to be engaged in the company by providing feedback, suggestions, or concerns. Employees are not micromanaged. They are given their jobs to complete and are expected to complete their work bringing any issues to the attention of management. I love working for Belimed and the other people on my team. A team is exactly what it is. We all have our jobs and duties but we are all here and available to help each other out. Our manager believes in keeping the entire team in the know so we all have the same knowledge in order to better do our jobs and help each other.
Cons
I believe the worst thing about Belimed to be their lack of communication. Communication is an important part of making certain that all employees are included and provided the knowledge they need about all aspects of the company. I also believe that all biggest special company incentives (I.e. commissions and bonuses) are provided only to management and sales. This seems to make the other employees feel neglected and think "why should we push ourselves." All employees should be able to have an extra stake in the company. They should be able to feel that if I push and do a better job, then I will be rewarded.
