Pros
The best pro of joining the Belimed Team was realizing that I wasn't only joining a team but I was becoming part of a growing family. The people who work here are amazing and I feel great about being able to call them friends. Belimed thrives to not only make their customers happy but also their employees. They are still making some great changes and trying to get everyone more involved. I also love that the President/CEO of the company walks around and knows everyone by name and makes sure to say hello to everyone.
Cons
The only negative thing about Belimed is trying to connect with the field employees. It is great being able to pick up the phone and know there is someone to call when you need help but more physical interactions with the field employees would help the teamwork aspect grow. They are doing things to try to improve filed participation but it would be great if everyone had more interaction with them.
