To work at any organization for 3 years just to collect a paycheck and not have the job satisfaction that motivates all of us is a sad thing. I assure you, the well being of all of our employees is core to all we do and who we strive to be as an organization. I am sorry we have failed to achieve that during your tenure and I apologize.
