      Pros

      Great team and work life balance

      Cons

      Benefits are the bare minimum and insurance is ridiculously expensive with the highest deductible plans I’ve ever seen. The company should have more competitive benefits. They don’t offer a company discount portal for things like gym memberships, daycare service companies, mobile phones plans or anything like that. There’s no paternity leave. No bonuses for most employees.

      Easy to enjoy the work. Easy to build good relationships with customers.

      Cons

      Hours can be long. Especially if there are some critical outages.
