The friends I made while working at this company. Sad to know some of them still work there and are dying to get out.
Cons
The most awful place I have EVER worked. Upper management truly does not care about their employees. My life was a mess during my time at this company because the stress was unreal and it was effecting my personal well-being. They keep letting people go and not filling jobs so more workload is being brought upon current employees to make up for the difference. Plus people are quitting left and right, they can't afford to see anyone else go. Please take these reviews seriously as good people are being treated unfairly and I would advise everyone to stay away from Belk. There are far better companies out there to work for in Charlotte!
