Overworked, terrible managers, even worse HR department. Favoritism and nepotism runs rampart. Overhaul shop manager created conflict between employees, mico managed her teams. Workload was not balanced or fair. Was disrespectful to employees, as well as encouraged back stabbing and gossiping. Until new management is placed in CRO department you need to avoid this department as everyone seems to be extremely unhappy and company culture is at a all time low amongst employees under this management, Do not be honest and tell what you are experiencing to HR as they only support managers. GM seems to encourage and support this management style.
