RM's provide false info to other hiring RM's managers to prevent them to get a new job.
Contradictory to policy and procedures.
Very subjective on "coaching forms" no real concrete info.
Allows liability for fairhousing lawsuits with no consideration to reprimand the right person.
Feels it is ok to speak to people inappropriately.
Does not appreciate the big picture and focuses on the small stuff too much that is really unnecessary and wasteful.
Shows a lot of favoritism.
Hires very unskilled staff and throws them in an office for months with no support or leadership
Lack of communication.
RM's will lie to cover their own self. Truly a shame.
Had a wonderful experience in Greensboro and was begged to come back. Wilmington region needs a lot of help and changes, starting in the corporate office.
