Thanks for the feedback. We do love to promote from within so thank you for recognizing that part of our culture! Our number one goal always is to support our communities and employees, and we’re sorry you did not feel fully supported. We are constantly measuring employee satisfaction and asking for feedback on ways to improve our service, specifically using our Associate Culture Survey. Please encourage anyone you know who feels this way to reach out to their manager so they can discuss possible solutions, especially since Bell Partners, as a private company, continues to strive to maintain the entrepreneurial spirit that has been its hallmark since inception.
