Pros
Bell is large enough to make it possible to have opportunities for growth, yet still feels like a small, family-owned company. There is support at every level with lots of opportunities for training. Employee feedback is requested on a regular basis and often leads to changes in policies and/or procedures for the better.
Cons
There isn't always a lot of communication between regions, so for employees looking to make a location change, it may not be as easy as changes within their area. Portfolios can change frequently, which isn't necessarily a con, but you definitely have to be adaptable!
