      Pros

      I loved this job very much! I am a girl and they all treated me very well, but DID NOT treat me better than the guys there, which I find very important. My bosses and coworkers were amazing. I only disliked one of the men I worked with. As with all jobs. Management was great at showing you where you are doing well and where you could improve. I always left feeling like I truly earned my check. Regular inspections to see about earning a raise. Felt like a family there, truly. They Promote from within!!! Benefits, 401k, etc.

      Cons

      You will leave covered in dirt and you will be tired. We pulled 12-16 hour days sometimes.

      Belle Tire was one of the best jobs I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to family commitments, but I was part of an amazing team! Their payroll team is composed of incredible individuals. Besides that, there are numerous perks to being a Belle Tire employee. The company genuinely cares about its employees. I’ve witnessed upper management going to great lengths to help someone within a store. While it can be stressful at times, that’s just part of the job. My supervisor once told me that people leave and immediately want to come back! And to be honest, that’s so true, lol. It’s a great company to build yourself within.
