      they pay on time every time

      Cons

      the customers suck the pay is horrid. and corp. treats you like hell you i had to drive 45 miles each way each day to pile up the miles on my car which they paid me zero for. advice i would not do it ever again. i would rather cut off a toe the work there again.

      Belle Tire was one of the best jobs I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to family commitments, but I was part of an amazing team! Their payroll team is composed of incredible individuals. Besides that, there are numerous perks to being a Belle Tire employee. The company genuinely cares about its employees. I’ve witnessed upper management going to great lengths to help someone within a store. While it can be stressful at times, that’s just part of the job. My supervisor once told me that people leave and immediately want to come back! And to be honest, that’s so true, lol. It’s a great company to build yourself within.
