Pros
Friendly coworkers so you'll never have a boring day, entry level job so if you want to get into cars then it's a great opportunity, amazing discounts on car parts.
Cons
Terrible management. At least at my store. Promised raises, but not given until you threatened to quit. Salesman writing things up without actually going out to check the car leaving the technicians with random stuff that couldn't be worked on or would need special attention from the salesman which wasted time and effort.
