I really to like Belle Tire and definitely put the effort into learn their business. Knowledgeable store managers in terms of product offerings and tire business trends. Always willing to do what’s right for the customer.
Cons
1. Sales culture that revolves around cherry picking customers who spend money while dismissing free services offered by corporate. 2. Poor store leadership concerning culture and employee discipline. Tire techs are not held to company standards and processes. Mechanics are allowed to act completely unprofessional amongst the team without consequence. Cursing and refusing to perform oil changes is unacceptable and condoned by store management. 3. Very clear lack of trust and respect verweb store managers and district managers. Stuck in old legacy thinking of letting store managers run the roost without accountability, global strategic planning or foresight.
