      If you are interested in the mechanics of cars/trucks and have zero experience, this will give you a good start.

      Cons

      Clueless leadership--looking at you corporate. It's almost as if they looked at that it takes to be successful then planned the complete opposite. I was laughed at by a corporate employee for caring about wait times, customer opinion, and workflow.

      Pros

      Belle Tire was one of the best jobs I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to family commitments, but I was part of an amazing team! Their payroll team is composed of incredible individuals. Besides that, there are numerous perks to being a Belle Tire employee. The company genuinely cares about its employees. I’ve witnessed upper management going to great lengths to help someone within a store. While it can be stressful at times, that’s just part of the job. My supervisor once told me that people leave and immediately want to come back! And to be honest, that’s so true, lol. It’s a great company to build yourself within.
