Cons
Lack of training Entry level positions are lower pay which equals a lower caliber of person. Recruiting department seems to be quota driven and wastes a lot of the managers time with ghosts and unqualified candidates. Manager can not Manger, must be a working manager and is left holding the bag too many times.
