Pros

The weekly guarentee so you don't go completely flatline

Cons

18% commission, so you will be hard pressed to exceed the weekly guarentee, when the shop princess gets the gravy from the amateur hour management. Blasting obnoxious music and shop favoritism. Management not respectful of senior techs family time, nor the stated reason I was hired. Specifically, Diagnostics. Now he's scheduling for strange days to come in on Saturday to do B and C level work. No room for raise, as even getting all ase certification renders no benefits at even 22% commission when the shop princess gets gravy all week while I do diagnostics. But on Saturdays he wants me to come in for easy stuff, which won't effect my check whatsoever because it's only one day, every other Saturday.

Pros

Belle Tire was one of the best jobs I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to family commitments, but I was part of an amazing team! Their payroll team is composed of incredible individuals. Besides that, there are numerous perks to being a Belle Tire employee. The company genuinely cares about its employees. I’ve witnessed upper management going to great lengths to help someone within a store. While it can be stressful at times, that’s just part of the job. My supervisor once told me that people leave and immediately want to come back! And to be honest, that’s so true, lol. It’s a great company to build yourself within.
