Pros

They will work around your schedule, everyone you work with is friendly, the managers are cool and funny, time flies.

Cons

Sometimes it gets so busy you don't get a moment to sit or think to yourself, it gets frustrating when customers are impatient or mad that something took so long, when it's really busy you have to work fast and sometimes you forget to do stuff or miss a step and it can be easy to mess something up (customers car or tires).

Pros

Belle Tire was one of the best jobs I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to family commitments, but I was part of an amazing team! Their payroll team is composed of incredible individuals. Besides that, there are numerous perks to being a Belle Tire employee. The company genuinely cares about its employees. I’ve witnessed upper management going to great lengths to help someone within a store. While it can be stressful at times, that’s just part of the job. My supervisor once told me that people leave and immediately want to come back! And to be honest, that’s so true, lol. It’s a great company to build yourself within.
