      Pros

      - pay is good - management at my location seems to actually care about the staff - they worked around my college schedule - work seems easy once you learn everything

      Cons

      - I am a small person weight wise, sometimes I have to lift tires that weigh just about as much as I do - injuries, my hands get beaten up and I constantly am coming home with a pained back and arm - my coworkers are a little…strange sometimes. I’m a woman and we all have our differences but my coworkers seem to act super different when I’m there (no swearing no foul play not making their normal jokes ect) which some may see as a pro I’d rather have them be themselves rather than “gentlemen”. - super long hours - training was confusing

      Pros

      Belle Tire was one of the best jobs I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to family commitments, but I was part of an amazing team! Their payroll team is composed of incredible individuals. Besides that, there are numerous perks to being a Belle Tire employee. The company genuinely cares about its employees. I’ve witnessed upper management going to great lengths to help someone within a store. While it can be stressful at times, that’s just part of the job. My supervisor once told me that people leave and immediately want to come back! And to be honest, that’s so true, lol. It’s a great company to build yourself within.
